A teenager who died soon after a road struggle “flopped to the floor like there was no weight in his entire body” when he was punched, an inquest heard.
Jack Gudge, 17, died in medical center soon after becoming uncovered unconscious in Wimborne Highway, Winton, Bournemouth.
Publish-mortem exams uncovered he sustained a brain injury, early on 16 July past 12 months, but the trigger of demise was unclear.
Weymouth Magistrates’ Courtroom heard the struggle took place soon after a house party.
The hearing was told Jack and some close friends experienced been consuming alcohol and smoking cigarettes hashish.
Nicole Kearley, Jack’s girlfriend, claimed there were being about 30 individuals at the party in Moordown.
‘Eyes back in head’
After leaving at about midnight they ended up in Wimborne Highway with individuals from the party and individuals they understood from a further house party.
A witness, who can’t be named, claimed he observed an “altercation” when Jack was pushed by a further boy.
He claimed Jack punched the boy and an individual else punched Jack in the mouth, before he fell on to the highway.
Miss out on Kearley claimed Jack “flopped like there was no weight in his entire body, downwards, not forwards or backwards.”
Two gentlemen kicked his head when he was on the floor, a further witness told the court.
Jack was then described as becoming “blue, with his eyes up into the back of his head”.
In a statement browse to the hearing, Jack’s mother Jolene Keenan described him as a “passionate, caring, humorous… family boy”.
Her past words to him before the party were being: “I enjoy you, be safe.”
She gained a phone at about 01:20 BST from his “hysterical” friend declaring: “He is not respiration, he is on the flooring. He is been hit.”
Dorset Law enforcement claimed an investigation into the demise experienced concluded.
