Guy avoids murder cost in Pinckneyville, IL teen’s death

The past of four adult males charged in the residence invasion and death of a 15-calendar year-aged Pinckneyville woman has taken a plea offer with prosecutors and now faces a sentence of 6 to 30 years in prison.

Chad Bennett II was originally charged with murder, concealing a homicidal death and residence invasion. He pleaded guilty to the residence invasion cost and as section of his arrangement, the two other fees were dropped, in accordance to a information launch.
