D.C. law enforcement have arrested a 16-yr-old Southeast youth in relationship with the December taking pictures loss of life of a 17-yr-old on a basketball court.
James Anthony Smith, of Southeast, was shot Dec. 18, in the 1900 block of Frederick Douglass Courtroom Southeast.
His mom explained at the time that she thought the taking pictures was prompted by the $220 crimson Air Jordans she experienced presented him as an early Christmas gift.
Smith was discovered shortly just before 6 p.m. with many gunshot wounds.
